- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The other reviews are correct. These employees are rude and do not know procedure. Father passed, i have a POD from citizens.... told me i have to go through lawyer and probate. That is total bs. A pod allows a person to go collect when the account holder passes away.... These people at the bank are terrible when there is a person in need.By John Sciria, January 16, 2017
